What is calisthenics?
Calisthenics is a discipline of bodyweight fitness that allows you to progress through increasingly challenging movements to perform superhuman-like feats of strength. What draws people to calisthenics is that it can be done with little, or no exercise equipment, and without the need of a gym membership. This app tracks your progress across the different movement groups so you drop the weights and pick up the rings.
